Eligibility for Refunds
At FunTonic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your toy purchase. You may request a refund if your order is lost in transit, or if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. To be eligible for a refund you will need to share with us the photos and video of the product which is damaged or defected, after a review and approval by our internal team the refund will be credited back to your account. We may also ask for return of the product/s hence please maintain their original condition along with its packaging intact. Cancellations before shipment also qualify for a full refund. The refund process depends on verification and approval by our team.
